How does Arcatrips work ?

Arcatrips brings Vehicle providers and Organisations together on a platform that enables end Users in Booking and taking their rides.

Organizations

  • Businesses and Educational Organizations can create custom routes tailored to their employees and students
  • Rides are scheduled based on arrival times
  • Employees / Students can book using the Arcatrips App (download now on google play/ apple store)
  • ARCASOFT will transport employees on a daily basis under a contract

 

Commuters/Parents of school children

  • Download the Arcatrips App from the App Store or the Play Store
  • Login to search for and book Rides. For students, these rides are already pre-booked and visible on the app
  • Once booked, follow the Apps Prompts to Reach the Stop and board the ride
  • Track the vechicle on the App
  • If opted in, app provides visibility of your child's bus to you at all times
  • Basic software is free to download and use

 

Vehicle Operators

  • Register your company on the arcatrips site and upload your vehicle details
  • Receive alerts for vehicle bookings and book online
  • Manage Rides and track vehicles
  • Manage your payments
